What is a podcast?
According to Wikipedia: "Podcasting is a blanket term used to describe a collection of technologies for automatically distributing audio and video programs over the internet via a publish and subscribe model. Podcasting enables independent producers to create self-published, syndicated 'radio shows,' and gives broadcast radio or television programs a new distribution method."
What software/hardware do I need to listen to the guides?
Any software/hardware combination capable of playing back mp3 files should do the trick. Some examples are:
- A personal computer with Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, Apple iTunes, etc

- A newer mobile phone capable of playing mp3 files
